Gentle Yoga: stretching and some strength work. suitable for most levels; many modifications and a gentle pace.
55 minutes. All Levels Yoga: a stronger practice with flow, strength poses, and
warm-up and cool-down. modifications offered, but self-challenge is
encouraged. 55 minutes.

Intermediate Yoga: a mid-level vinyasa flow
class. you should be familiar with sun salutations and what to expect from a
yoga class, and have significant body awareness, before attending. a strong home
practice is encouraged. 60 minutes.
Yin Yoga: a slow style focusing on a still
body and an active mind. poses are held for several minutes at a time. a
difficult style to like, but highly appropriate for students seeking an inner
journey. 60 minutes.
I am also available for private classes, and I highly recommend them for students just starting out on the yoga
journey. I will happily come to where you are to help you take the first step.
