4:00 p.m.: Yin Yoga at Ridgely Retreat

 

about my classes

Candlelight Yoga: an insanely gentle restorative class, and a great way to clear out the junk of the work week with stillness and quiet. I've told people that "if you can lie on the floor, you can do this class." 60 minutes.

Intermediate Yoga: a mid-level vinyasa flow class. you should be familiar with sun salutations and what to expect from a yoga class, and have significant body awareness, before attending. a strong home practice is encouraged. 60 minutes.

Gentle Yoga: stretching and some strength work. suitable for most levels; many modifications and a gentle pace. 55 minutes.

All Levels Yoga: a stronger practice with flow, strength poses, and warm-up and cool-down. modifications offered, but self-challenge is encouraged. 55 minutes.

Yin Yoga: a slow style focusing on a still body and an active mind. poses are held for several minutes at a time. a difficult style to like, but highly appropriate for students seeking an inner journey. 60 minutes.


I am also available for private classes, and I highly recommend them for students just starting out on the yoga journey. I will happily come to where you are to help you take the first step.
